Terrestrial globe in engraved paper on its blackened tripod foot.

The globe indicates in the cartouche: "written astronomically and where are the three voyages of Captain Hook, his discoveries and those of La Perouse on New Holland, New Guinea and on the western part of North America”.

Dimensions: high 25.2 inches high x 13.7 inches sphere diameter

Signed “Charles-François DELAMARCHE, geographer rue du Jardinet n°13” in Paris and dated 1811.
